WHEN TO USE:
MINDFUL may be enjoyed when seeking cognitive strength during periods of study, mental exhaustion, &/or feelings of brain fog. It may also be relished as a preventative measure for long term brain health support.
Infusion: Pour 250ml of fresh, boiled water over 1-2 tsp of loose leaf dried Herb. Cover & let steep for ~10-15 minutes. Strain & enjoy! The longer the Herbs steep, the stronger & more potent your tisane will be.
Option: Add a dash of Cayenne for a warming effect.
